Your Physical Therapist
Hi, I’m Tiffany and I look forward to meeting you! I have been practicing physical therapy since 2011, and have led yoga and fitness classes since 2005. I am interested in helping you feel able to participate in the activities that matter to you. My approach is holistic, and I take the time to listen and learn about you and your life because I believe a successful physical therapy program should adapt to your needs. Let’s work together!
Curious. Collaborative. Compassionate.
Help is simpler than you might think, and it starts with someone who listens.

More About Us
We’re a cash-based clinic
We are not in-network with any insurance providers, so patients pay up-front and out of pocket for all services.
Since we don't deal with the low reimbursement rates and high administrative burden associated with accepting insurance, you get your therapist’s full attention for the entirety of every visit.
In fact, many people end up requiring fewer visits overall, and could end up spending less out of pocket than they would on copays at a busy clinic.
What to expect during a visit
Your therapist will listen, ask you questions, and conduct any necessary tests each visit to help her understand what might be the best course of treatment.
Treatment may include manual therapy such as hands-on soft tissue and joint work, progressive exercises and movements, work with your nervous system, breath, and mindset, recommendations for your home program, and more depending on your needs and care plan.
We’ll help you build a toolbox to help yourself and offer ways to participate and progress with the activities you love
Communication between visits
When you begin working with Buena Vista Physical Therapy, you will have access to our app where you can message your PT, find your home program including videos of exercises, and schedule and manage your visits.
Have no fear if you are app-averse — we’re happy to work with you!
We can help even if you aren’t near Buena Vista
Buena Vista Physical Therapy offers Telehealth visits through our secure portal.
We are experienced in working with people virtually for a variety of conditions, and are happy to help from afar. When make an appointment, look for the Telehealth visit options.
If you are located outside of Colorado, Tiffany cannot see you for physical therapy, but you can find more information about Tiffany’s coaching and yoga therapy services HERE.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Cash-based physical therapy means that we are not in-network with any insurance providers, so patients pay up-front and out of pocket for all services. We are happy to provide a super-bill that you can submit to your insurance company to potentially receive reimbursement at the out-of-network rate, though you must confirm all benefits with your own insurance provider.
-
Insurance companies reimburse at low rates and create a large administrative burden for PTs that require clinics to see a large volume of patients. This means that a PT might be seeing multiple patients at a time, and each visit may only be able to pay full attention to each patient for a few minutes.
At Buena Vista Physical Therapy, you get your therapist’s full attention for the entirety of your visit. You also have access to a messaging feature in our app if you have questions or concerns between visits, so you get significantly more for your money with each visit. In fact, most people end up requiring fewer visits overall, and could end up spending less out of pocket than they would on copays at a busy clinic.
-
We are able to accept payment via credit and debit card, as well as via Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA). Cash or check can be accepted as well.
-
Visit cost is dependent on the type and length of the visit, and prices are available on our scheduling page.
Visits can be scheduled and purchased individually, or you can purchase a package of visits at a reduced per-visit cost.

No! The state of Colorado allows full direct access for physical therapy, meaning you can see a physical therapist at any time without a referral from another practitioner.
Some insurance companies would require a referral despite the state law. Buena Vista Physical Therapy is a cash-based operation, so these requirements would not prevent you from seeing us for PT. If you plan to submit for reimbursement, however, you need to check with your insurance company to ensure they do not require a referral.
Please note that due to insurance company regulations, we cannot see patients with Medicare, Medicaid, or Tricare coverage, even for cash-pay services. -
I am able to treat the full body of orthopedic conditions, chronic/persistent pain, hypermobility spectrum disorders, pelvic health issues, and vestibular and balance challenges.
See the services page for a more robust and specific list, and reach out if you have questions.

Yes! We use a HIPAA-compliant platform that includes Telehealth, and can see you for physical therapy as long as you are located in Colorado at the time of the visit.
If you are located outside of Colorado, but feel you might benefit from Wellness/Exercise Coaching or Yoga Therapy, you can find more information on these services HERE, both of which are offered virtually.
